How do I set up mobile banking?

What do I do if my debit card is lost or stolen?
During business hours, call (830) 792-1950 as soon as possible. Outside of business hours, call (800) 500-1044.
Fraud & Security
I received a text, call, or email asking me to verify a debit card transaction. Is it legitimate?
Yes. Our real-time fraud monitoring system automatically blocks suspicious debit card activity and sends a verification text to the mobile number we have on record. The SMS short code for these messages is 86975. If your card is declined and you receive a text from this number, reply accordingly to confirm or deny the transaction.
If no SMS number is on file, the system will place an automated voice call from (800) 369-4887. If your card is declined and you receive a call from that number, follow the prompts to confirm or report the transaction.
The system will also send a verification email to the address on file.
Important:
Guadalupe Bank will never contact you by phone, text, or email and ask for sensitive personal information such as your account number or Social Security number. If you're ever unsure about a communication, call us directly at (830) 792-1950 or visit a branch.
I don't recognize a transaction on my account. What should I do?
If you think your debit card has been used fraudulently, call us at (830) 792-1950 as soon as possible. We can deactivate your card, help you contact the merchant, and dispute charges on your behalf if needed. For other transaction types — such as ACH debits or checks. Visit one of our branch locations so we can help.
Account Information
Does Guadalupe Bank have 24/7 telephone banking?

Do I need to notify the bank before traveling?
It's always a good idea to let us know before traveling domestically or internationally. We can note your account to help prevent your debit card from being blocked by our fraud monitoring system while you're away.
